I’m seeking a family nurse practitioner position where I can apply my knowledge, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills to provide strong assessment, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient-focused care across urgent and primary needs.

I’m a Nurse Practitioner committed to careful assessment, critical thinking, and attention to detail, with experience across urgent care, acute inpatient settings, and telemedicine psychiatric care. I aim to deliver patient-specific care by pairing thorough histories and focused physicals with appropriate testing and treatment decisions.

In urgent care, I examine patients for acute conditions, obtain history, perform focused physical assessments, and order point of care tests such as rapid strep, flu, covid, and mono. I develop diagnoses and treatment plans through medication prescribing and nonpharmacologic methods, including wound care, laceration repairs with sutures, and incision & drainage of abscesses.

I also provide primary and preventative services through sick visits, physicals (employment, sports, and DOT physicals), and acute management with medication reconciliation and discharge summaries. In my psychiatric prescribing work, I conduct focused psychiatric examinations via phone and telemedicine, use screening tools including GAD-7, PHQ-9, and MDQ, and collaborate with counselors and therapists to support ongoing mental healthcare.
