As an On-line Personal Shopper at Wal-Mart, I fill and prepare customer online orders for in-store pickup, greet customers, assist them in locating merchandise, and maintain and reconcile records of customer requests and fulfillment. Previously, as a Server at Taqueria s Mexico, I took orders, checked in with patrons to ensure a positive experience, cleaned and cleared tables, processed payments and reconciled receipts and tips, and resolved customer complaints. That role sharpened my negotiation, teamwork and social perceptiveness skills.

I bring reliable customer-facing experience, strong record-keeping and POS handling, and a commitment to learning. I am eager to apply my service-focused mindset and grow toward roles that support children and families while contributing positively to a team.
