I'm looking for a role where I can improve operational accuracy, strengthen workflows, train teams, and contribute to reliable fulfillment or coding processes.

I'm leading daily shipping operations at Caitlyn Minimalist, ensuring high-volume orders are processed accurately and on time.

I oversee inventory control, maintain accurate stock records, and use careful review and documentation to improve fulfillment accuracy.

I create SOPs for picking and shipment verification, reducing preventable errors that affect the customer experience. I also recruit, train, and mentor shipping staff on quality checks and order documentation.

I collaborate with customer service and merchandising teams to resolve order issues and clarify missing details. Alongside my operations work, I've completed AAPC coursework in Fundamentals of Medicine and Physician Coding and earned CPC certification.
