What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a logistics or dispatch operations role where I can lead and mentor teams, keep freight moving reliably, and drive process improvements through strong scheduling, protocol management, and fast issue resolution.

I am an experienced logistics and transportation professional with a strong background in dispatch operations, freight coordination, team leadership, and customer service. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments where organization, communication, and problem solving are essential.

Currently serving as a Dispatch Cartage Supervisor, I oversee dispatch operations and manages a team responsible for coordinating transportation services and responding to customer needs. My role involves training and mentoring employees, monitoring operational performance, maintaining detailed records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring freight is delivered efficiently and on time. I play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while balancing customer expectations and company objectives.

Prior to my supervisory position, I worked as a Dispatch Coordinator, where I gained hands on experience with route management, driver scheduling, operational planning, and transportation logistics. This progression from coordinator to supervisor highlights my leadership abilities, reliability, and dedication to professional growth.

Professionally, my strengths include team leadership, process improvement, transportation management, dispatch coordination, employee development, customer relations, and operational problem-solving. Im known for remaining calm under pressure, adapting quickly to changing situations, and finding practical solutions to complex challenges.

My career history suggests a strong interest in logistics, supply chain operations, transportation management, and organizational efficiency. I enjoy helping teams succeed and improve processes. I have an interest in mentoring others and contributing to a positive work environment.
