At SMCT Group of Companies, I provide production support for internally developed web applications serving 2,000+ users across branches nationwide. I troubleshoot application issues, translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements, and work with developers and business users to validate fixes and deployments.
I also lead application deployment and implementation activities, administer Ubuntu Linux production servers, and use Docker and Cloudflare Tunnels to support application deployment and access. Previously, as Support Staff at SMCT Group of Companies, I maintained four WordPress-based e-commerce websites and supported daily operations.
