I am a highly accomplished, results-driven Fiber Engineer with a proven track record in project management, fiber optic network deployment, and team leadership. I oversee complex outside plant activities while ensuring projects are delivered ahead of schedule and within budget, with stringent safety and quality standards.

In my current role as Project Manager Team Lead (AXON Integrated Services), I lead technical teams delivering multiple fiber network clusters with a perfect safety record (zero incidents). I supervise pole planting, trenching, ducting, cable laying, splicing, testing, and final Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), achieving 100% client acceptance on every handover.

I also drive execution through disciplined planning and control—handling vendors, enforcing EHS compliance, running daily toolbox talks, resolving site issues (permits, weather delays, material shortages), and submitting accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and As-Built documentation. I improve outcomes by closing civil and pole Quality Control (QC) reports with zero rework, implementing home passes for not less than 2000 homes monthly, and increasing project acceptance from 56% to 75%.
