Designed and implemented comprehensive unit test suites for legacy and existing codebases using Java, JUnit and Mockito, achieving significant improvement in code coverage and defect detection. Integrated automated test execution into the CI/CD pipeline by configuring Jenkins jobs to trigger API-based test runs via an internal automation platform.

Architected and developed a Java, Spring Boot microservices, PostgreSQL application to measure Wi-Fi router internet speed and related connectivity metrics, used by telecom clients for real-time device diagnostics. Designed a multi-service architecture comprising Config Service, SPV Service, and GPV Service, and implemented Kafka-based asynchronous messaging with rate limiting and retry policies.

Developed an automated Excel report generation system for Loan Application Status tracking using Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate, reducing manual reporting effort and enabling scheduled delivery to clients via email. Designed and managed scheduled reporting workflows using Spring Scheduler/cron expressions, ensuring consistent and timely report delivery with zero missed SLAs.

Managed end-to-end technical support ticket lifecycle, communicating directly with end users to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLA timelines. Monitored and maintained critical scheduled data flows between custom application servers and Oracle DB, ensuring data integrity and continuity of business operations.

Built a full-stack web dashboard using Java, Spring Boot, Thymeleaf, and Hibernate to manage and display invoice details and gate entry receipts, streamlining operations for warehouse and finance teams. Developed a cron-based email notification scheduler to monitor database server storage utilization and optimized SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers for performance.
