What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and modernise customer-facing backend, cloud and AI products, combining hands-on engineering with architecture, delivery planning, code quality and technical leadership.

I've built and modernised customer-facing products for Scribbr, Course Hero, Learneo and QuillBot, developing backend services and AI-powered experiences including the Paraphraser, Humanizer, AI Image Detector and AI Content Detector.

I work across PHP/Symfony, TypeScript/Node.js, Python, React and cloud infrastructure, including a large-scale migration from self-hosted systems to AWS with Terraform. I've also built QuillBot REST APIs, document-processing services, an Nx microfrontend monorepo and the PageQ CMS.

I've led engineering teams through architecture, technical planning, code reviews and delivery, while simplifying complex systems and improving reliability and performance—including reducing a government platform form's load time by 90%.
