I've spent 12+ years at Dynata reviewing complex research, audience, operational, and project data across EMEA, APAC, and North America. I identify inconsistencies, risks, patterns, and root causes to protect data quality and support reliable research outcomes.

I use SQL, Snowflake, Advanced Excel, and Tableau to validate large datasets, monitor research KPIs, investigate anomalies, and communicate evidence-based recommendations. My work includes survey QA and UAT, questionnaire logic and routing, sampling and quota validation, fact-checking, classification, and structured information review.

At Dynata, I also helped implement Microsoft Dynamics 365, Confirmit, and other research platforms, increasing team adoption by approximately 25%. I've partnered with Sales, Product, Engineering, Project Management, Panel Management, and Delivery teams to resolve complex data, software, and operational issues.

I'm now focused on applying my analytical reasoning, quality assurance, and data-review background to AI training, data annotation, content evaluation, and high-quality data that improves Generative AI systems.
