What I'm looking for
I’ve worked full-cycle on thermoforming and extrusion machinery at Propio and RAYBEN, covering heating zones, vacuum systems, and refrigeration circuits, with hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance.
At RAYBEN, I optimized process parameters like temperature zones, vacuum pressure, and cycle times—diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures to reduce unplanned downtime and improve OEE while lowering scrap rate.
Before that, I supported technical maintenance while running FDM and resin printers, calibrating print parameters for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, and then moved back deeper into industrial automation with PLC commissioning and PLC-driven machine sequencing.
