I’m a QA engineer with 9 years of experience testing complex web applications, and I’m happiest when I’m digging into why something that looks fine is actually wrong.

Most recently I spent almost four years at Exadel as the sole QA on several feature tracks. I planned the testing, ran it, managed the defects, and made the call on whether each release was ready, keeping the share of defects that reached production under 2%. Day to day, that meant testing REST APIs in Postman and then writing SQL to confirm the database told the same story as the screen.

Before that, at Globant, I led a team of three QA engineers through three releases with zero critical defects reaching production, validated data releases in Azure Synapse, and tested a mobile app connected to drive-thru sensors. My first QA role was four years at Open International, testing billing cycles, invoices, and payment flows on a large enterprise platform. That’s where I learned how much care anything touching money deserves.

I use AI tools like Claude Code and ChatGPT every day to design better tests faster, and I’m currently building my automation skills with Playwright.

I’m a native English and Spanish speaker, based in Cali, Colombia, and I’m looking for a fully remote QA role where solid manual testing, API and data validation, and clear communication matter. Fintech, data products, and e-commerce interest me most.
