I’ve supported daily store operations as an Assistant Store Manage by supervising employees, maintaining customer service standards, and monitoring inventory levels. I also helped prepare daily sales reports, handled cash reconciliation, and supported staff scheduling and store performance activities.

Alongside retail operations, I worked as a Bookkeeper where I recorded daily sales transactions and managed invoices and receipts. I prepared financial and transaction reports, monitored VAT and percentage tax documentation, and assisted in bank reconciliation to keep entries accurate and reliable.

I’m careful with details and committed to organized bookkeeping records and company accounting procedures. My strength is combining dependable day-to-day support with accurate reporting—so the team can make confident decisions.

Academically, I earned recognition as a President’s Lister and Dean Lister for the Academic Year 2024-2025. I bring a service-oriented mindset, time management, and problem-solving habits that help me stay consistent under pressure.
