Jayla Waugh

I’ve built discipline, flexibility, and consistent follow-through through “8 years of band,” where I developed strong “Time management” and “Teamwork / Collaboration.” I also bring a creative, professional approach as “Theater Cosmetics Crew - Lead Costume Designer,” collaborating with team members to meet “production deadlines” in a “backstage environment.”

Beyond performance, I focus on service and responsibility. Through “What’s Mine is Yours, After-school club,” I practiced “Cash Handling” and sorting/organizing donations to support a free thrift store for my classmates. I’ve also volunteered with dogs to strengthen “Communication,” “customer service,” and teamwork—alongside art projects like charcoal portraits selected for display in the Performing Arts Center.
