What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end manufacturing and process improvements—using PFMEA, controls (PLC/HMI), vision systems, and analytics (Power BI/SQL/Python)—to raise OEE, quality, and manufacturability in cross-functional teams.

I’m a multidisciplinary engineering professional with over 10 years of cross-functional experience across advanced electrical systems design, automated controls, and large-scale manufacturing data analytics. I combine CAD-based hardware prototyping with reliability and early-quality methods (PFMEA/FMA) to drive manufacturability, robustness, and product quality.

In my current role as a Battery Manufacturing Engineer (Cell Assembly & Capacity) at Ford (GSR8), I leverage Siemens Simcenter 3D to design and prototype production tools and components, lead line layouts, and implement battery manufacturing processes that support facility launches. I develop quality methods, gauging requirements, inspection approaches, and control plans, while defining performance targets such as cycle time and OEE. I also manage equipment acceptance criteria, installation buyoff, documentation, and change management to deliver quality, cost, and timing.

Earlier, I engineered manufacturing improvements at Panasonic Energy of North America by applying digital mockups and FMA practices, building assembly process and SOPs for mass production. I’ve also developed MES-connected reporting dashboards (Power BI, SQL, Python/MATLAB, advanced Excel), maintained and supported Automatic Optical Inspection systems, and debugged PLC/vision solutions using Omron PLC ladder logic and Keyence vision systems. I bring a hands-on, troubleshooting-driven mindset—whether working on factory systems or research-grade sensor/analog interface validation.
