I’m a Certified Medical Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in healthcare, with additional certification in Phlebotomy. I combine Medical Assisting, Medical Terminology, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to support physicians and keep care accurate, efficient, and patient-centered.
In my current role at Jefferson Health (Greenville, DE), I support physicians across specialties including oncology, Mohs surgery, and general and cosmetic dermatology. I manage patient flow, assist with diagnostic procedures such as wound care and suture removal, act as a liaison for patient satisfaction, and maintain inventory for supplies in the clinical area as needed.
