@javisantonja
I develop AI and neuroimaging research, applying LLMs and programming to brain imaging data.
What I'm looking for
I develop AI research for neuroimaging, currently applying LLMs to resting-state fMRI images at Museo de Ciencias Naturales, CSIC, in Dr. Juan Poyatos Adeva’s lab.
Alongside this work, I develop and consult on AI projects at Habber Tec. I also teach Introduction to Programming in the Neuroscience degree at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
My PhD in Neuroscience at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid focused on programming and artificial intelligence applied to neuroimaging. My research has contributed to publications on brain morphology, structural connectivity, cortical thickness, and psychiatric disorders.
I work with Python, R, MATLAB, and Bash, and bring experience presenting research internationally, including Best Poster and Junior Award recognition. Outside research, I’m also a singer-songwriter and music project manager.
