Jasper Flynn
@jasperflynn
Computer Science student advancing secure backend and machine learning for resilient, accessible technologies.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Computer Science student with experience in computers, backend development, and machine learning. I focus on practical engineering—using problem-solving and analytical skills to build secure, accessible technologies.
Through my research work, I became familiar with deep learning and convolutional neural networks. I also trained in researching defenses against adversarial and backdoor attacks on autonomous vehicle models, strengthening my ability to think critically about robustness and real-world risk.
On my capstone with Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, I partnered to develop the Blue Bus mobile application and worked on the backend using Type Script, the data layer, and server-side logic. I built API endpoints and deployed/managing backend services using Amazon Web Service, helping design a system that allows schools and organizations to request the Blue Bus service.
