Jason Vogensen

At BNP Paribas Cardif, I build and maintain internal data applications for ETL pipelines, business dashboards, and operationalized data science models. I combine SQL and SAS processing with React front ends, Flask/Python back ends, and APIs.

I move machine learning and generative AI solutions from notebooks into production tools, including LLM and OpenAI-based capabilities. I also migrate and scale workflows on Microsoft Azure for large insurance and financial datasets.

Previously at TLANTIC, I developed R/Shiny dashboards, Oracle ETL data models, large-scale query APIs, and Docker-deployed applications. I built machine learning, optimization, NLP, and generative AI features for client-facing products.

My MSc thesis focused on using AI to detect flaws and anomalies in industrial services, supporting proactive quality control and maintenance. I enjoy owning data products end to end, from pipelines and cloud infrastructure to models and user-facing interfaces.
