What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to inspire students and foster their academic growth in a supportive environment.

I am an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching and mentoring students across various disciplines. Currently, I work as a Teacher at Huntington Learning Center, where I help students in grades 5-12 master essential reading and writing skills. My approach is tailored to each student's needs, ensuring they receive personalized support to excel in their academic pursuits.

Previously, I served as a Distance Learning Coach and Copy Editor at the University of North Florida, where I collaborated with professors to enhance course materials and provided guidance to students through digital platforms. My role as a Writing Consultant further honed my skills in assisting students to refine their writing, manage workshops, and develop curricula aimed at improving academic performance.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Applied Ethics, I am passionate about fostering critical thinking and effective communication in my students. My commitment to education is reflected in my various roles, from mentoring students with developmental differences to working in mental health, where I prioritized patient care and safety.
