At SynergySuite, I became the company's first designer after starting in Technical Support. I owned design end to end for a product area and built and maintained a design system now used by five development teams.
I designed three mobile apps alongside the responsive web platform and introduced UX research, including usability studies and prototype testing. I also redesigned the Schedule Editor, whose cost summary 81% of 397 surveyed users use always or often, and shipped more than 700 design tickets across the platform.
