What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a teaching role where I can support student growth with strong lesson planning, fair assessment, and technology-enhanced learning. I want a school that values classroom safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement for both students and teachers.

I’m an emerging, student-centered educator who serves with excellence through strong classroom management and caring, consistent support. I bring multitasking ability, patience, and adaptability to help learners build confidence, skills, and life-long study habits.

In my teaching roles, I taught English and Personal Development across Grades 7–10, using both the PNG curriculum and UK Cambridge curriculum approaches. I monitored academic progress closely, assessed performance and learning needs, and created improved strategies for students who needed extra attention—using tutoring, after-school and weekend study groups when required.

I strengthen learning through thoughtful lesson plan development, engaging instructional materials, rubrics, and varied teaching techniques that increase participation and critical thinking (including debate-style discussion). I also integrate technology and online resources to complement traditional course materials, and I prepare students to succeed through clear expectations, positive reinforcement, and ongoing assessment.
