Currently, I lead internal and external audit processes at LFB Plasma, where I manage quality assurance activities and serve as a liaison for auditors. My role involves conducting quality system reviews and data trending to mitigate operational risks, as well as training and mentoring staff on audit readiness.

Previously, I directed daily operations as a Center Manager at CSL Plasma, where I implemented corrective action plans and optimized performance through data analysis. My background also includes experience as a Rehabilitation Technician and a Wheel Mechanic in the U.S. Army National Guard, where I honed my leadership skills and maintained compliance in high-stakes environments.
