I’m a results-driven Data Analyst with a BSc in Computer Science and certifications across Oracle, Microsoft Data Platform, and Cisco Data Essentials Analytics. In my Data Analyst Intern role at Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), I supported analytics work by processing and validating tax compliance datasets with SQL Server and Excel. I created summary reports and visualisations that informed revenue collection strategy for the Eastern Region, and I participated in data quality audits by identifying and resolving 2,000+ data anomalies in legacy records.

My projects reflect how I build end-to-end analytics solutions: I delivered a sales performance dashboard processing 2M+ transactions with Power BI (including row-level security) and adoption by senior management across 3 departments. I also built a churn prediction model using logistic regression and random forest (87% accuracy), uncovering the top churn indicators and helping reduce churn by 18% in six months—while optimizing reporting from 3 days to under 2 hours per cycle.
