What I'm looking for

I want to keep driving inventory accuracy and faster, reliable fulfillment by partnering with operations, logistics, Finance, and planning teams. I’m especially interested in roles where I can support ERP/WMS process improvements and cycle counting practices.

I’m an Inventory Analyst who helps keep products flowing accurately across distribution and internal operations. I focus on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment reliability, and clean processes that reduce delays and discrepancies.

At Bush Industries (2021–Present), I maintain and improve inventory by analyzing sales patterns and coordinating with demand planning, operations, and logistics teams. I draft reporting on inventory accuracy, product life cycles, and distribution ship speed, and I work with Finance to resolve inventory discrepancies and build month-end reports.

I also support system and process improvements, including assisting with WMS implementation, maintenance, and process improvements, plus cycle counting procedures using RF scanners. In 2023–2024, I worked on D365 Warehouse Management System implementation and helped improve inventory accuracy to 99.8%, with 2024 annual physical inventory waived by financial auditors due to sufficient cycle counting data.

Before that, I worked as a Supply Specialist at UPMC Hamot (2016–2021), coordinating shipments, entering requisitions, ordering substitutes, and using an ERP system to track product shipments. I’ve carried these skills into project work—such as mapping and redesigning fulfillment workflows at Bush Industries to reduce order backlog aging from 59 days to 3 days.
