At Southern New Hampshire University, I support students through remote advising, proactive outreach, and follow-up across flexible schedules and time zones. I help students navigate the virtual library, course management systems, and digital tools.
As an English Language Arts Instructor at Cumberland County Schools, I built weekly HyperDocs and tailored digital activities through the COVID-19 transition. I used Canvas, Google Classroom, Zoom, Padlet, Newsela, Quizlet, and Quizizz to support student engagement.
For my M.S. IT capstone, I planned BridgePride NC, a digital resource platform concept connecting Black LGBTQ+ communities with trusted support services. My work covered information architecture, site structure, and location- and service-based search and filtering.
I'm also a Certified Peer Support Specialist at Prestige Home Care Services, where I connect individuals with resources that fit their goals, advocate on their behalf, and document accurately while protecting confidentiality and boundaries. I bring a self-directed, remote-first approach to my work.
