What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to apply legal research, document drafting, and corporate governance experience while continuing to grow in corporate, commercial, banking, or public-sector legal practice.

I've supported corporate governance work at Kapital Bank ASC, analyzing regulatory changes, conducting due diligence for corporate transactions, and preparing corporate documents including board and shareholder resolutions.

My legal experience also includes internships at Narimanov District Prosecutor's Office and Binagadi District Court, where I researched case materials, prepared legal documents, and supported investigative and court processes.

I'm completing a Law degree at ADA University, with coursework spanning administrative, environmental, criminal, public international, labor, commercial, tax, intellectual property, and financial markets law.

Beyond my legal placements, I coordinated professional-development events for ADA EmpowHERment Club and contributed to the third-place She Leads social responsibility project, focused on legal literacy for schoolgirls in rural areas.
