What I'm looking for

I’m open to connecting with detection engineers, cloud security practitioners, and others working on threat detection at scale.

At the US Army, I deploy and operate Security Onion and the Elastic stack with Kibana to hunt threats and identify vulnerabilities across enterprise networks. I turn raw log data into actionable security findings.

I authored 50+ KQL queries for Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint XDR. I also wrote guided threat-hunt playbooks that helped cyber defense teams reduce their false-positive rate by 20%.

I developed SQL queries and executive dashboards that translate network telemetry into decision support for senior leadership. I also brief security leadership on threat intelligence and map activity to MITRE ATT&CK to prioritize detection gaps.

Before joining the US Army, I served as a Data Systems Adminitrator at United States Marine Corps, supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Cisco networks. I hold CompTIA Security+ and am pursuing a B.S. in Cloud Computing at Western Governors University.
