What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance operations role where I can run securities/GL reconciliations with strong internal controls, independent source verification, and clear ownership of month-end close and client reporting—while continuously improving accuracy and turnaround within SLAs.

I’m a finance professional with a PGDM in Finance and ~3 years of experience in securities and account-balance reconciliation at State Street Syntel.

I substantiate balances against independent verifiable sources (Bloomberg, Euroclear, DTCC) across 80+ accounts, resolving 200+ daily discrepancies while keeping high-value escalations on track with zero SLA breaches.

I work across IBOR/ABOR platforms (PLM, SMARTS, MCH), use control-account tracking and audit-trail documentation, and strengthen data quality by mapping ISIN/CUSIP factor data and validating alternate sources when primary data is unavailable.

I also own month-end readiness—PAIR accrual reconciliation, payables/receivables break resolution, and client reporting for PIMCO—plus I author process documentation and train teams on reconciliation workflows to maintain consistent control standards.
