In customer churn analysis, I examined 7,043 customer records and uncovered month-to-month contract churn at 43% versus 3% for annual. I also identified early-stage risk factors—like 0–1 year tenure and absence of Online Security—and delivered four executive recommendations projected to cut churn by 40–50%.

For e-commerce revenue analysis, I analyzed 407,664 transactions across 38 countries, identified the UK as generating 95% of total revenue, and recommended a VIP loyalty program to protect £1.4M+ in high-value revenue. In HR analytics, I analyzed 1,470 employee records and showed overtime employees are 3x more likely to leave, with salary as a primary attrition driver.

Before focusing fully on analytics, I built a strong technical foundation through software quality and embedded systems work at Accenture, where I performed B2B web and mobile testing, logged and tracked defects in Jira/Azure DevOps, and supported Embedded Systems projects within the Industry X innovation team. I bring that rigor to data quality, KPI development, funnel/churn analysis, and dashboarding.
