What I'm looking for
I’m a trilingual Product & Project Manager with experience in operations, client management, and leading remote teams. I specialize in structuring processes, improving communication between teams and clients, and growing responsibility quickly through delivery and ownership.
Most recently, I’ve been a Team Lead at Write Choice, leading a remote team of 3 writers and managing task distribution, quality of deliverables, and individual development. I also managed 15+ clients as the main point of contact, leading the full project lifecycle while collaborating with executive-level staff on strategies for retaining and expanding projects.
I created and implemented a customer retention plan focused on autonomy and clear communication, reducing operational dependence and strengthening long-term relationships. I redesigned internal communication processes between the team and clients and facilitated Agile (Scrum) ceremonies like daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives with a distributed setup.
