I’m a Religious Studies educator with a growing research focus, currently pursuing a PhD (in view) in Religious Studies (Sociology of Religion) at the University of Ibadan. I previously earned an M.A. in Religious Studies (Sociology of Religion), and I hold a PGDE (Upper Credit), which strengthens both my subject expertise and my teaching practice.
Across multiple schools in Ibadan and Benin City, I taught Christian Religious Studies and English Language while also taking on roles like form tutor and mentorship for SSCE students. I’ve contributed to student motivation, organized learning activities such as literary and debating competitions, and supported administration through PTA and staff meeting responsibilities.
Alongside teaching, I’m actively engaged in research and academic development—attending conferences (including topics like Religion, Artificial Intelligence and Migration) and working on publications and a PhD thesis on youth well-being and religious participation. I also bring “Basic data-processing proficiency” and a “Certificate in Data Processing (Intermediate)” to support work that requires accuracy and effective information handling.
