Jacob Koehler

I am a well-organized and motivated finance professional with a strong foundation in financial analysis and forecasting. Throughout my career, I have developed excellent communication and technology skills, which have allowed me to effectively collaborate with various teams and manage client assets.

In my current role as an Investment Operation Specialist at MAI Capital Management, I work closely with different teams to ensure the proper management of client assets. I am responsible for monthly and quarterly reconciliation of accounts, as well as managing dashboards to facilitate prompt completion of important tasks. I also run reports and build spreadsheets to ensure accuracy across all platforms.

Prior to this, I served as a Sector Manager at Ashland University Eagle Investment Group, where I helped manage $2 million of the university's endowment fund. In this role, I analyzed and oversaw various stock and bond purchases within the technology, healthcare, and energy sectors. I also had the opportunity to organize and deliver presentations to the group and the board of directors.
