What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can turn customer and stakeholder needs into working solutions—scoping requirements, building tools, and improving reliability through CI/CD and cloud-backed automation.

I translate aviation customer and internal stakeholder needs into working solutions at Jeppesen ForeFlight and The Boeing Company, staying close to reported issues and the applications they depend on.

I helped uncover a recurring manual process across support teams and built internal tools to automate it, saving 14+ hours per week. I also took a full-stack file delivery concept from an initial idea to a working mock-up solo in about a month, complete with a CI/CD pipeline.

I maintained Linux servers and monitoring across AWS and Azure to keep customer-facing applications reliable, and I created diagrams and knowledge articles so internal teams could act on technical processes.

Earlier, at Outlaw Media LLC, I supported management’s daily technical priorities, built and maintained eCommerce solutions on Magento and Shopify, and reduced downtime by 25% through proactive monitoring while securing infrastructure with SSH key-based authentication.
