Jacob Bennett

I am a survey drafting and project management professional with over two years supporting surveying operations through AutoCAD and Civil 3D drafting, parcel research, and preparation of legally recordable documents. I manage projects from intake through recordation with a focus on Records of Survey, Corner Records, and lot line adjustments.

My background includes hands-on surveying support and field coordination, conducting parcel research, preparing elevation certificates and TBM letters, and performing QA/QC for recorded maps. I coordinate schedules between field crews, surveyors, and clients to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Prior to my surveying career I spent ten years as a journeyman carpenter and project manager where I managed crews on commercial and residential projects, interpreted construction plans, and coordinated with subcontractors and inspectors—skills which strengthen my construction and site-knowledge perspective in land surveying work.
