At Swedish, I use clinical and medication data to support pharmacy programs, resident research, and patient care. I’ve analyzed datasets for more than 30 medicine utilization evaluations and 24 pharmacy resident research projects using SQL, Snowflake, and R.
I’ve also designed and maintained Tableau and Power BI dashboards for continuing pharmacy education courses, helping leaders review participation, learning outcomes, and satisfaction. I authored, edited, and published 43 issues of a monthly medical practice newsletter for healthcare providers across the Seattle region.
At Washington State University, I conducted annual Rasch analyses of a statewide survey about parental satisfaction with special education services. Using Winsteps, I calibrated survey items, developed cut scores, and prepared reports and visualizations for public-sector stakeholders.
Earlier, I directed research, assessment, and data management work in school districts and at the Archdiocese of Seattle. I implemented assessment and data systems, developed dashboards and evaluation measures, and taught graduate research methods and data analysis at Gonzaga University.
