Jackelyn Salinas

At the Department of Industrial Relations, I develop standardized work procedures and reporting templates for four Region 8 district offices across Central California and the Central Coast. I analyze inspection data, manage weekly status reporting for 25 field inspectors, and audit coding against state and federal standards to support compliance monitoring.

Previously, I supervised production lines across four Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds plants supporting a 600-million-pound annual pistachio yield. I created KPIs, authored safety procedures, consolidated more than 125 bilingual SOPs into 10 core production documents, and coordinated international warehouse operations in China, Australia, and Korea.

My background also includes multi-site HR onboarding, OSHA compliance, data validation, employee support, and English-Spanish translation. I use clear reporting and practical process improvements to help teams act on complex information.
