I'm currently supporting clients at Contemporary Learning Center, where I conduct behavior assessments, implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and coordinate support with providers, care teams, and families.

Previously at Signature Pharmacy, I filled prescriptions, verified dosages, responded to high call volumes, clarified prescription information, and supported prior authorization requests. I work carefully with sensitive health information while helping patients and providers resolve medication issues.

Across pharmacy and behavioral health settings, I bring four years of experience in patient intake, insurance processing, data entry, care coordination, and clear communication.
