At Chandos Construction, I develop and maintain logic-driven Primavera P6 schedules for concurrent commercial and institutional projects. I align work packages, milestones, subcontractor sequencing and procurement interfaces from baseline through monthly updates.

I analyze critical paths, float trends and resource constraints, then develop resequencing and resource-adjustment options. On a $22M institutional project, I identified a structural–mechanical sequencing conflict three weeks before mobilization, enabling corrective coordination without revising the approved baseline.

At Stuart Olson (now Bird Construction), I supported project controls and P6 schedule updates for civil and commercial infrastructure projects. I tracked procurement milestones and maintained RFI, change notice and submittal logs.

Earlier, at Elalan Construction Company (Nig.) Ltd., I coordinated schedules, manpower plans and procurement across residential and commercial projects.
