On my independent Data Annotation & Text Labeling Project, I categorized text by sentiment and applied consistent labeling guidelines across datasets.
I also reviewed and corrected inconsistencies to improve data quality. My project work includes transaction data review and categorization, as well as customer query classification.
At BokoPay, I handled customer inquiries about digital payments, account access, and transaction status through chat and email. At Ozibook, I designed and prototyped a calculator experience and contributed to wireframes and user experience.
