I’m looking for an inpatient medical coding role where I can code accurately using ICD-10-CM/PCS/CPT, follow compliance guidelines, and support revenue cycle operations—while continuing to learn, improve productivity, and contribute to quality audits.

I’m an AHIMA CCS-certified coding specialist who earned my Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credential after completing a Comprehensive Inpatient Medical Coding Training & Review Course. With a BS in Medical Technology, I bring a strong foundation in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, and clinical documentation.

I’m eager to begin a career in inpatient medical coding, supported by knowledge of ICD-10-CM, PCS, CPT, and official coding guidelines. I’m also IELTS-certified with strong English communication skills, and I take a detail-oriented, analytical approach to medical record analysis, quality assurance, and compliance.

Before coding, I built patient-facing experience in diagnostic and clinical settings for over 5 years, including specimen processing, patient verification, and maintaining accurate, confidential records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). As a Certified HIV Counselor and senior phlebotomist, I coordinated with healthcare teams, mentored junior phlebotomists, and upheld privacy and ethical standards—habits I’m now bringing directly into accurate inpatient coding and effective revenue cycle operations.
