Ivette Neill

I am a dentist trained in Cuba with five years of dental education and extensive pediatric practice experience in the United States. From 2012–2019 I supported clinical care at a pediatric dental and orthodontic practice, assisting with four‑handed dentistry, sedation cases in the hospital, radiograph acquisition and interpretation, temporary restorations, prophylaxis, fluoride and sealants, and care for special‑needs and anxious children.

I take pride in patient education, HIPAA- and OSHA-compliant practice management, staff training and onboarding, and collaborating with office teams on scheduling, billing, insurance tasks, and inventory. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and hold VA X-ray certification, committed to improving patient outcomes through compassionate, organized clinical support.
