I built and operate PotiLar, a production real-estate marketplace for Rio Grande do Norte. I work across listings, payments, professional accounts, SEO, maps, moderation, and operational tooling.
I built NOVUA Inbox, an operational inbox that prioritizes conversations by value, urgency, response timing, and revenue risk using structured workflows and AI-assisted triage.
I also built Decision Room, a workspace for commercial approvals and risk evaluation. It combines deterministic policy checks, explainable AI, human checkpoints, simulation workflows, and audit trails.
My work spans full-stack product development, from architecture to deployment, including LLM workflows, API integrations, and automation. I’ve also contributed five merged pull requests to open-source projects including GENesis-AGI, GD4AI, iCalendar, AetherAI3, and MEX.
