I’m looking for a role where I can lead multi-entity accounting and cross-border financial control, own US GAAP/IFRS reporting, support audits, and build scalable processes while driving budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning.

I’m the Chief Executive Officer of Vire Dream Valley Co., Ltd in Phuket, where I drive internal financial accounting, management reporting, and financial control for shareholders across multi-entity, cross-border structures in the US, Thailand, EU, UK, and Hong Kong. I’ve built accounting and operational finance from scratch for Real Estate, Restaurant Operations, FinTech Services, and Digital Marketing—owning full-cycle bookkeeping through monthly/quarterly/annual close, revenue recognition, expense control, margin analysis, and budget/forecast plus international tax planning.

Before that, I led a consulting accounting firm as Chief Executive Officer, setting up accounting from scratch for clients, controlling primary documents, handling month/quarter/year close, and preparing/submitting tax and payroll reports and financial statements to local and federal authorities. I bring hands-on audit support, foreign economic activity (import/export operations), and team leadership—using RAS, US GAAP, and IFRS standards, with tools including 1C (7.7/8.2/8.3), Quickbooks, and Xero. My approach is simple: build scalable, audit-ready processes and keep financial information clear, accurate, and decision-useful.
