Handles SAP FI depreciation and AP/AR/USD bank revaluation runs, FX monitoring, intercompany reporting to Swiss HQ, cost center distribution, budget variance analysis, accruals/prepayments, and audit liaison.

Managed the full finance function for Apollo Tyres’ international division covering Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam, including monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements and P&L analysis by business unit and customer. Managed accounts receivable and overseas finance for a restaurant group with outlets in Thailand and Jakarta. Handled income reconciliation, AR management in Xero, and monthly P&L closing for each outlet.

Managed the accounts payable function for Australia and New Zealand markets for a US-based travel company. Performed invoice processing and verification, vendor relationship management, accrual reconciliation, month-end reporting, audit support, and regional office communication in English.

Managed AP and AR functions for a commodities trading company using Quantum Peachtree. Supported trade profitability forecasting for bank financing and prepared sale and purchase contract and invoices.

Managed accounts payable for major markets including India at Lufthansa’s shared services center in Bangkok. Processed SAP invoices and credit memos, ran weekly payment runs, performed invoice reconciliation, and supported internal/external audit and AP reporting.
