At Polkadot Devs, I expanded Twitter/X and Discord communities to over 40,000 active members each. I also led the African cohort in the Polkadot Global Hackathon, where African developers achieved 50% of global wins.
At Aleo Network, I launched the Aleo Africa Builders hub, scaling it to 120 developers and deploying three mainnet-ready apps. I also ran educational programs that onboarded 250 developers to the ZK-privacy stack.
At AiGuild.io, I developed a growth strategy that scaled a cross-platform community to 40,000 members in six months. Technical AMAs and challenges increased weekly active users by 150%.
I work across Web3 community growth and ecosystem operations, from developer programs and events to engagement systems and cross-functional campaigns. My certifications include Web3 Growth & Ecosystem Operations, Project Management, Google Digital Marketing, Business Negotiation, Smart Contract Development, and Blockchain Fundamentals.
