Isha Mansaray

I’m a Project Coordinator and business-trained professional with a BSc in Business Administration, bringing over three years of working experience in social service sectors. I focus on promoting the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals through community development initiatives targeting children, women, and youths in Sierra Leone.

I’ve developed and implemented community health promotion activities in coordination with the Ministry of Health and Sanitation and partners—supporting preparedness, response, and recovery to emergencies while addressing issues like malaria in rural communities. As Project Coordinator at REACHOUT SALONE, I provide technical assistance with a young team to identify, register, and assess challenges faced by underprivileged children abused through child labor, and I lead the “Send a Child to School Campaign” to help children gain access to education for self-reliance. Earlier, as a Communication Officer, I supported disease surveillance and outbreak investigations, and provided Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) technical assistance to strengthen vaccine supply, storage, and community-based reporting.
