I sit at the intersection of business development, community building, and strategic partnerships. I help organizations bridge the gap between their goals and the people they’re trying to reach by creating systems, relationships, and experiences that drive meaningful engagement.

Over the years, I’ve rebuilt under-engaged communities, strengthened communication structures, and developed partnerships that create long-term value. Whether I’m supporting a growing community, contributing to business development efforts, or helping turn strategy into execution, I focus on building relationships that last and systems that work. I’m currently creating regular social media content for MEXC, and I’ve taken over dormant or already-active communities to drive daily-engaged participation through contests, giveaways, challenges, consistent content, and discussion prompts. I also bring a people-centered approach—identifying what isn’t working, understanding why it’s happening, and implementing practical, sustainable solutions.
