Founded and led a leadership-training platform focused on equipping young adults in mindset and purpose. Directed operational and organizational efforts and organized conferences hosting 500+ attendees.

Designed event visuals and community engagement materials for a congregation of 300+ members, maintaining alignment with global church brand standards. Supported remote creative delivery for ongoing community events and communications.

Trained 50+ students in UI/UX design principles, interaction design, and design systems, delivering a curriculum across wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and motion design. Introduced Framer-based no-code development and supported students through individual project mentoring and feedback.

Led end-to-end product design for finance tracking, workspace management, workflow automation, and IoT solutions, owning delivery from concept through developer handoff. Produced user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile systems, and supported redesigns that improved retention, execution time, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Led end-to-end UX and UI design for a multi-platform e-commerce product for web and mobile. Designed 100+ screens across onboarding, product discovery, checkout, loyalty coins, and gamified engagement, then coordinated implementation-ready handoff to developers and launched the platform to live production.

Collaborated with and oversaw a design team to deliver a cross-platform logistics and delivery product across iOS, Android, and desktop. Designed end-to-end user experiences for a platform serving 1,200+ active users and shipped it from beta to live deployment on mobile app stores.
