Isaac Barr

At Johnson Controls, I build and modernize enterprise web applications, taking ownership of scalable Angular and TypeScript frontend architecture while integrating backend APIs and services.

I design reusable component libraries, state-management patterns, and technical roadmaps that help product teams move features into production faster. I work closely with principal architects, product managers, and UI/UX designers to turn complex enterprise requirements into modular software solutions.

I've also improved application performance, deployment reliability, and testing automation through Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices. As a Certified Scrum Master, I facilitate Agile delivery, optimize JIRA workflows, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers to strengthen code quality and maintainability.

Beyond core product delivery, I built a patent-pending AI analytics dashboard for real-time machine learning insights and a full-stack digital ordering platform using Node.js, SQL, Stripe, and Angular. I'm motivated by AI, R&D, sustainable engineering, and delivering tangible business value through well-designed software.
