What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product design role where I can own mobile UX from discovery to delivery, partner closely with developers and stakeholders, and apply AI-assisted workflows in practical ways—preferably hybrid in the Baltics or remote internationally.

I am a Product Designer with over 20 years of experience across UX research, product design, and digital services. For the past 11 years, I have worked mainly on large-scale fintech products, focusing on mobile banking experiences used by millions of customers across the Baltics.

I typically own the full design process—from understanding user needs and defining problems to designing solutions and supporting delivery. I contribute to product decisions by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals, while working confidently in cross-functional teams.

One of my standout results was a full mobile app redesign that helped increase the App Store rating to 4.9 and reduce negative user feedback by approximately 50%. I have also designed savings and investment features, translating complex financial concepts into more understandable, accessible experiences for everyday users.

I use structured discovery and validation approaches like Double Diamond and Jobs-to- Be-Done, supported by usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews. Currently, I am expanding my skills in AI-assisted workflows and agentic AI, and I also support knowledge sharing through workshops and onboarding new designers.
